The system issue that began at 11:40am AEST on 27/07 is now resolved. Lyrebird is fully operational again today 28/07. A couple of things to know:

• For any consults that were mid-recording during the outage, we are unfortunately not able to regenerate those notes manually. Please check your History tab in Lyrebird to see if a regeneration option is available for the affected consult(s), though this may not be possible in every case.

• No action needed from you, everything is back to normal. You may need to refresh or log back in to pick up the restored service.

We know this disrupted your day and the care you provide, and we don't take that lightly. We'll be back in touch shortly with a full explanation of what happened and details of the make-good process.
