At this stage once you finish the dictation, all you are able to do is physically type into the note but are unable to use AI to make more widespread changes like you can in the consult section. This would be really handy because at the moment I am dictating into a consult rather than dictation just to use this very helpful function.

I do this when I review a patient's mental health, and I do my own MHCP template as I dont like the template lyrebird uses but there is no other way it seems to bring up the button. In fact 2 things, #1 I cant actually find the button at all any more anyway, and #2 what about links to other questionnaires? I can think of many that would be extremely useful:

This is one area where I have to spend the most care checking and editing transcriptions. Today it correctly heard me recognise and prescribe Claratyne but then put (cetirizine) after this entry. Cetirizine was not mentioned by generic name during the consult. Does anyone have suggestions for improving accuracy?

Just wanted to see if there is way to only draw the patients some 1 diary view not all diaries. Our clinic has a few locations as well as exercise classes and clinician will move from 1 diary to another in a day depending on where they are or what they're doing. For myself I take a few exercise classes where I don't use Lyrebird, but those patients are pulled into Lyrebird with the integration along with my private patients. This means I have to go back and delete out the exercise patents 1 at a time, and every time it refreshes it brings them back in.
