Differential diagnosis generation?

Does anyone having Lyrebird generate a differential diagnosis line?

I am able to get basic examples, (For example: The differential diagnosis includes: URI, chronic rhinosinusitis, allergic rhinitis..." ) I was wondering if anyone is doing more developed examples.

In the United States, particularly emergency physicians may include a list of diagnoses which were considered, to communicate the medical decision to other clinicians, and also because it supports the complexity of medical decision-making for billing. This often includes discussion of emergency-"can't miss" diagnoses (even if these diagnoses are extremely unlikely) to demonstrate these were considered for medical-legal reasons. An example might be:

Differential diagnoses considered include but are not limited to: migraine, tension headache, cluster headache, regional pain syndrome, mass, idiopathic intracranial hypertension, temporal arteritis, sinusitis, carbon monoxide or other gas exposure, medication effect, caffeine withdrawal Doubt traumatic or spontaneous intracranial bleed, venous sinus thrombosis, fracture, mass/tumor, or encephalitis/meningitis based on history and physical examination.
